Xiaolin Liu is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Chemical and Biological Engineering at Princeton University. She received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from HKUST in 2021 and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at UIUC until 2025. Her research focuses on precision macromolecular design for molecular electronics, with emphasis on sequence-defined conjugated polymers, programmable intermolecular recognition, and template-directed self-replication in abiotic materials. Outside the lab, Xiaolin enjoys taking scientific photographs, creating oil paintings, and watching science documentaries.
