Principal Investigator
Charles Schroeder is a Professor of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Princeton University and Associated Faculty in the Princeton Materials Institute. He earned his B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in chemical engineering from Stanford University, followed by a postdoc at Harvard University. He has been recognized with several awards and honors, including a Packard Fellowship, an NSF CAREER Award, the Camille Dreyfus Teacher-Scholar Award, and the Arthur B. Metzner Award from the Society of Rheology. He is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), the American Physical Society, and the Society of Rheology.
